Guilderland Police Station Locations

The Guilderland Police Department is a 24 hour department. The substation is not manned 24 hours a day. Officers use this station to take complaints and to process arrests on the east end of town.

The main station and town court are in the Guilderland Town Hall. The following are directions to the town hall.

From The North: Take Route 146 (Carman Rd). Follow Route 146 to end. Take Right on Route 20 (Western Ave) and head west. The Guilderland Police Department is in the town hall which is 1/10 mile on the right just past the Hannaford Supermarket.

From The South: Take Route 146 through the village of Altamont, to end. Take Left on Route 20 (Western Ave) Follow Route 20 West for a 1/2 mile (Passing Carman Rd). The police department is in the town hall which is located on the right just past the Hannaford Supermarket.

From The East: Take Route 20 (West) follow for approximately 5.5 miles past the Crossgates Mall. The Guilderland Police Department is in the town hall which is on the right side just past Route 146 (Carman Rd), and Hannaford Supermarket.

From The West: Take I-88 to Route 20. Take left on Route 20. Follow Route 20 east into the town of Guilderland for approximately 5 miles. The police department is located on the left approximately 1/4 mile past the Bavarian Chalet restaurant in the town hall.
