The Guilderland Police
Department is located in the
town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York and borders
the city of Albany, and the towns of Colonie, Rotterdam,
Voorheesville, Bethlehem, Knox, and Princetown. The police
department was established in 1972 and has grown to over 40
sworn members that serve over 32,000 residents. It is a 24
hour department and covers approximately 62 square miles of
both rural, residential and commercial areas. As the police
department does not have an "official" website, the
Guilderland P.B.A. has taken the liberty of providing some
information for you on your police department. |
